Super Finishing

Super Finish operation involves using finer grit abrasives to achieve very smooth mirror like surface finish. This is advantageous for applications that require exceptional finish, wear resistance, close tolerances and sealing capabilities.

We can achieve roughness (peak to valley distance) of 0.01 Ra and can super finish rolls of dimensions up to 800x6000 mm of weight 5000 kg
